Max is so happy in Helen's hands. Not only does she make sure that Max is fed and watered when we go away, she gives us great expert advice on how to better look after Max. She's also quite a dab hand at taking good cat photos!

Helen is just absolutely fabulous. The cats not only adored her, but she goes the extra mile in giving them genuine love as well as taking care of the house as well. Fantastically great value and experience and can’t recommend her highly enough. Thanks Helen and will no doubt be calling again soon for our next trip away!

Helen and Marissa have looked after our cats twice, we are so glad we have found their service. They communicate quickly, they send us lovely photos, they spend time playing with them, they altogether go above and beyond. They clearly love cats. I would give them six stars if I could!

So happy we found The Cat Butler. Helen looked after our cat for a recent trip and honestly I think our cat was sad when we walked in and not Helen when we got back! We received daily updates and photos, litter was changed, our cat was fed, and Helen even stayed to play with her and let her out on the balcony for fresh air every day. Helen is so warm and kind and I can tell she really has a passion for what she does. Initially I was nervous about leaving my boys for 2 weeks but after meeting Helen I was completely at ease and knew they would be in good hands. Finding the right cat care for 2 cats was tricky as 1 is very outgoing, while the other is shy. Helen was able to pop in, clean the litters, top up food and water and socialise and play with our extroverted boy while the other stayed out of the way and wasn't disturbed for too long. Helen provided photos and detailed updates after each visit and made us feel relaxed and like we were always in the loop. I'm so glad I've discovered the Cat Butler and found a forever solution for cat care. Thanks again Helen!

Helen has looked after our two cats a couple of times now and future visits booked in. I wouldn’t leave them with anyone else, Helen is fantastic and an absolute pleasure to deal with.Our cats are left in very safe hands, and well looked after by Helen when she visits. Communication is great and she sends daily updates and pictures, the cats are always very happy and content.

Helen is amazing! She has cared for our cats on several occasions and they just love her. Her warmth and genuine kindness towards our pets is so reassuring as we know the kitties will be extremely well-loved and cared for whilst we are away. I cannot recommend The Cat Butler highly enough.

Helen and Michelle have looked after our 2 beautiful cats on many occasions and we couldn’t be happier. Every day that we are away there is great communication via text (including photos) and that provides us with reassurance that the cats are ok. A wonderful service that we will continue to use.

We have had Helen look after our 2 cats at least three times now and we have always been completely confident that they will be well cared for. With 2 cats, they seem happier to stay at home rather than go to the cattery/vet and it is works out to be cheaper too. Helen always provides plenty of updates and photos which is much appreciated.
