I have tried the bread from different places around Sydney and, without a doubt, I can say that their bread (stick bread) is the most delicious one so far! It is a bit far from where I live but it is worth it! Love it!

Best customer service. No matter how busy they are, always serve with smile. I heard that this wonderful lady(owner) even smile when she sleep! You don't need to be very good in English but you need better heart. Other store in this food court need to learn from her. No matter what the customs' race, color or gender should be serve with same value and dignity. Because they all geting money for your business and thats how you pay all the bills and rent.

OMG was not expecting coffee to be so good from a little bakery like this. Genuinely better than most dedicated coffee shops I've been to and their large size is actually large. Also staff were super friendly. Tried a chocolate donut and was very pleased that it was soft, fresh, and delicious. Partner had a danish that was equally delicious. Definitely best little bakery in the area.

I asked to purchase cupcakes that were baked today and the younger woman told me that all the cupcakes were 2 days old. When the older woman realised I was not going to buy them, she tried to convince me that cupcakes with a big rainbow flag (Mardi Gras was 2 days ago) were baked this morning! I spend approx $2000 a year at their store but after trying to sell me stale cakes and lying about it, I won't be going back.
