Breakfast Point Country Club
Resort in the middle of Sydney! A combination of California with a hint of the eastern states in the US.The club is reasonably priced. Meals are modern western. Service is friendly, but as a sign of times, there aren't enough staff about. Everything is pre paid at the counter.Covid protocols are strictly enforced, including electronic signing in and temperature checking.

The food and drinks at the on-site restaurant were also fantastic. I enjoyed a delicious meal while taking in the lovely views of the water.

In speaking with Dom (Executive Chef) he suggested we try his grilled seafood banquet. Up for the challenge immediately but did not expect this (pic attached) Next level Dom ! paired with a cheeky French Chablis it was beyond all expectations..Thanks Dom and the Country Club team !

I would like to express my dissatisfaction and complaints about the unpleasant experience I had with the club registration process. I hope my complaint will be dealt with properly and ensure that others are better served at this club.I came to the club with the documents required for registration, I met a middle-aged female service staff at the front desk. I am ashamed of her service attitude. She was very nice to them and greeted them with a smile compared to others who were already registered. However, she seemed very impatient when I asked her questions as an unregistered customer. I'm not sure if this is discriminatory behavior due to my personal background or something else.When I needed to confirm that the documents provided to the club were correct, she was either on the phone or went back internally to talk to someone else, did not respond to my questions at all, and dragged on. I felt very frustrated and helpless, an experience I had never experienced before at any other club in Australia.As a customer, I expect to be treated equally and kindly. I strongly believe that everyone should be treated fairly, regardless of their personal background or registration status. I was very disappointed with this encounter, I was extremely unpleasantly impressed by this unkindness and disregard.I would like to investigate this situation to ensure that the club staff are friendly and professional when dealing with all customers. I believe that this unpleasant experience can be changed and improved by improving training and awareness of service, thereby enhancing the reputation of the club. I am sure you will take this seriously and ensure the club provides a friendly and inclusive environment for all patrons.

Lady at the front desk was one of the rudest people I have come across. Went in twice for registration with a booking and upon arriving, Geraldine the receptionist abruptly told me she didn’t have time to help me and the person who organised my appointment was a trainee and didn’t know any better. When calling and voicing that I was upset this is the second time in one morning this has happened, she was rude again, told me she didn’t have time to book me in and I was told to put my concerns in writing so here it is. I’ve honestly never been treated so badly and especially in front of so many other people.
