Ballina busline has failed to meet online table times each time I called to discuss the factToday two busses went past without stopping at the stop on of which was a flood recovery bus and I rightfully can catch that bus every time I have tried to catch a ballina busline bus they have driven straight past I’ve contacted and had to wait with children for the next bus 30-1hr away now again today this happened and the operator was extremely rude telling me I am incorrect about bus times I communicated I have a screenshot of the bus I was meant to catch and the times which all showed I was correct he insisted I was wrong and those were not Ballina bus line which one clearly was also last week I caught an early morning bus which was packed with school kids there was a male harassing two female students and scaring a primary school child I had to move the small child as he was terrifiedI complained to the bus drive who did nothing other other passengers had to step in telling this man well know for attacking elderly people and woman he needed to stop I exited the bus and caught another as this man got into my face whiles holding my newborn so was unsafe the man continued on the bus to the last stop which was a school! Very disappointed!

Timetable is a little confusing but a call to the office was meet with a very polite and helpful gentleman and all the bus drivers have been just as wonderful. Excellent service

The bus drivers are always very friendly, no problem there. However the time tables are so confusing. If they made these more clear I am certain more people would use the busses. They are way too complicated!

Good service shame they don't have much service on weekends between Lismore and Ballina. When Jim Kirkland owned the business he had buses running from Lismore to the beaches all summer

The Bus Drivers are very helpful. So to be sure you have you question ready. Do not be aggressive and unprofessional
