The face painter was wonderful, and did a fantastic job. However, overall I would not recommend this business because of efficiency and customer service.They were hired by kids town for the good Friday Easter activities. My family paid for face painting and glitter tattoos. Enchanted rainbow had only one face painter working, and our wait time was 1 hour 20 minutes. This wait time was extremely challenging to wait with small children at an adventure playground and we were told by the manager if a child left the line their place would be lost. Other friends and family did not choose this service because the wait was so long. Then after face painting one of my children lined up for a glitter tattoos (which we had paid for) and was told no. There was 20 minutes until finishing time, and only 5 children in line in front of her, with sufficient time to complete the service, however the manager refused. She sympathetically stated she had seen us waiting for 1 hour 20 minutes but still refused service. I would not recommend this company in the future.
