Behaviour of the Female customer service was extremely rude so as the guy. i find their attitude was disgusting over a cup of coffee and end up not taking the coffee even though i paid for it. Zero experience she doesn't know how to deal with customers. I wonder why is she still behind the counter? she should be sacked!! Very disappointed. I don't recommend you spend your hard-working money there!

Worst service I have never seen. Especially the old age women. Such rude customer service she don’t know about their app how to use it. It’s better to get ride of this old age’s. She don’t have patience how to talk to a customer. Even she don’t have common sense that how to behave to a customer. Worst customer service don’t have any idea of their business. Never gonna be there.

I left an review comment an hour ago and was deleted, shocking!The guy Carlos who worked today at 17:00 was extremely rude to customer and refused to offer free $1 coffee to uber driver.I scanned my uber and asked for the free coffee, he even threatened to call POLICE and complain me to Uber when I gave up arguing and paid him the one dollar.This person has zero customer service and should be sacked.ZERO tolerance.Will never ever come again, very disappointed!
