I rang these guys with a problem with my Electrolux washing machine. They took the time to speak to me on the phone and discuss my problem before making an appointment to come out and see the machine. They rang me back that afternoon after speaking to Electrolux and gave me some reasons that my washing machine was doing what it was doing. At this stage, I think the problem may be fixed - all thanks to Nomchong Electrics taking the time to listen and going out of their way to get some further information. Thanks a lot guys!
