Terrible customer service put me on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up. I was spoken to twice in that period and immediately put back on hold. I was just trying to find out the availability of a van. Bunnings don't have to worry about customer service they have killed the competition.

I’ve not had any problems whenever I’ve been to this Bunnings. The staff are always friendly and helpful and try their best.Very well stocked and they have great specials too. And let’s not forget the occasional sausage sizzle outside. And they’re dog friendly too.

To many Chinese products inferior quality bought a sheet of PolycarbonateIt cracked when I tensioned up the dogs door can't beleave its poly carbonate that stuffs meant to be bullet proof.

Bleh. Out of stocks. Untidy. Staff do their best and most are helpful but too many sucking on lemons. Go to Heatherbrae. Worth the trip.

On holidays and needed a LPG swap. Big lady at doors yells “That can’t come in here. Leave out there and order one there and you’ll be given another!” I told her I’d never used Bunnings before and didn’t know your policy! Also, hello sir first would be professional and not yell at the top of your big voice!Only one smug bloke serving that had to ask big lady at front store to help. Walked out and grabbed one of the 3 bottles sitting out of the cage without anyone checking if we even pad for it or how many we took!Must be a bad place to live & work. Great you’ve all accomplished so much in life when that’s the best you’ve done!
