Bad experience messed order up for the 3rd time only been 3 times adding meat/ vegetables I never orderedAswell as the chicken tasting very dry.

Not sure how these guys got 4 from 5 stars.Lady behind the counter clearly looks like she doesn't want to work there!She kept rushing myself and my client to make a decision on what we wanted on our Kebabs, no smile, no thanks, nothing but a pretty poor attitude.Kebab meat was cold and the whole meal was average at best. Think she needs a lesson in Kebab wrapping as well.

This place is terrible. Lettuce looks revolting the rest of the salads don't look great either, got ripped off with only half a box of chips. And service from the young girl with ear pods in was not great either. Definitely will not be back here again.

Not a terrible centre but there is no signs to tell you where things are like the toilet, there is only 1 parents room (that I could find) and it's tiny. I couldn't even use the toilet in the parents room because the trolley wouldn't fit and I can't exactly leave my 8 month old unattended. Not suited to someone who has a trolley or pram while alone.

Waited behind a lady ordering a kebab for 5 minutes. To when it gets my turn the young boy said my manager said I can't serve anyone else.Well you could have told me that before I just wasted my time queuing.Very rude customer service and they obviously do not want your custom.Will go elsewhere from now on.Thank You.

Service was okay, other staff member was sweeping the floor, then started handling food without washing her hands. Ordered large chips, came out old reheated and covered in clumps of children salt that I didn't ask for due to food allergies. Took chips back manager never asked or offered a refund or to rectify the problem. Will not eat here again. Male staff manager has long hair that was not restrained or tidy. Not a good experience
