Super friendly and helpful vets and vet nurses. Just had our golden retriever fixed and our cat in for dental. They were treated with so much love and care as they are every time we visit. Our pets will be your clients for the duration of their lives ❤️

I would like to say thanks to MidWest whole team. All of the member are work very hard.The receptionist was very helpful. Even they are fully book. They still ask my puppy any problems, when they knew it's in emergency. They helped me to fill my puppy in.Especially, the nurse who's called ' Hannah 'She is only one take care of my puppy. She always worked over time. Because she reported me my puppy situationdaily and always after working hours. I remember that I told her I miss my puppy so much, then she took a photo to show me immediately.I come from Meekatharra, it's 6 hours drive to geraldton. However, they can give confidenceI highly recommend MidWest Veterinary Centre to everyone.The attachment is my mind would like to praise yours. It should come on this week.Once again:Thanks for gave my puppy a chance to save him !

Long waits every single time, some of the staff can be really rude and bossy, the rooms don’t smell clean and the shop items are up to 70% cheaper online.But the main reason my boyfriend went elsewhere was because an indigenous man came into the vets with a dying puppy, he didn’t have the money to pay to have the dog put to sleep or to be looked at by a vet, the staff couldn’t have cared less, they just sent him home saying it will probably die soon.To this day we regret not helping that puppy and the man.

If I could give o stars I would,the only thing this vet cares about is making money !!!They are 100% not there for the love of animals .I’m guessing there must be a change in the management/staff as this place has done a complete 360 the staff are completely rude,unhelpful and just overall not decent humans.Do yourself and your wallet a favour and go somewhere else that has genuine care and compassion and that won’t try to fleece you for every cent you have….Even more amazing they don’t have time to see your sick dog when your 10min late even though there’s only 1 other car in the car park(road works made me late). Normally it’s myself that is usually left 20 to 30 mins waiting on them when there running late but somehow they manage to have the time to check there google reviews and call my partner……must be really busy!!!!! More worried about google reviews than your animals that tells you everything you need to know!!!!!

The girls at midwest are hands down the best in town! Have helped me through some really tough times this year and made it all that little bit easier. I even received a card with a beautiful message, my boys paw print and some everlasting seeds. I honestly am so greatful for all that you girls do. Thank you again, Love Chelsea and Buddy ❤

Very disgusted with the advice i received on the phone this morning, i explained that we currently have been looking after some wild/stray kittens and have been looking after them since they were very young so they are not completely wild anymore but still not fully tame like a house cat would be. One of the kittens has hurt its foot and one of the pieces of advice i was given was to put her down simply because shes feral. Putting down a perfectly healthy kitten with a slight injury should have never been suggested as an option. Some compassion needs to be learnt here for animals other than just regular house pets as all animals deserve love and care. Absolutely will never be coming here for any veterinary services again.

One of the most caring practices I have been to. They always have a warm welcome when you enter and show empathy in tough situations. I highly recommend this practice as you know that you’re being looked after by not only professionals, but people that genuinely love animals. Keep up the amazing work. By far, the best practice in Geraldton. Thank you

Thank you so much to Dr. Tara & staff for fitting me in, in an emergency, when my little Chi boy, Ollie, became very ill while we were travelling from Mt Magnet. They went out of their way & were so helpful, I simply can't thank them enough.
