LUSH Cosmetics Fountain Gate

Came in today at around 4 - 4:30. I wish I got the name of the girl who served me, but she was so lovely and really thoughtful! Just wanted to tell her thank you again :)

Lush Cosmetics are up there with my top most loved Cosmetics companies.Lovely to have a store so close to home. Although the odd trip to the city stores is a fun day out.Beauty products (like fashion) is very individual!I enjoy the strong scents of a Lush store, other people may find this overwhelming or off-putting.If you do not prefer strong scents, chat with the staff regarding mildly scented products. Perhaps, you could try out a sample and then order online if you like the product.Remember when ordering online however that the Lush warehouse is based in NSW. So, if ordering products that could melt, you might want to consider checking in store first!My only wish is that the Lush Fountain Gate store was bigger.

Walked in today to get a blue bath bomb (as requested by my step son).The gentleman who was serving us was very kind at the beginning until I asked for the blue bath bomb his attitude changed ( didn’t know asking for specific colours could be so offensive :/).Anywho, he walks away to grab me a pink one, I responded with ‘that’s not blue tho, I need a blue one’ to which he responds ‘oh but it’s gender neutral’…… uhmmmmmm idgf my step son asked for blue coz it’s his favourite colour. I’m not here to disrespect your agenda or your beliefs, Not sure why I couldn’t just get what I asked for. Anyways, he goes on to tell me ‘blue bath bombs won’t really turn the water blue tho’ and then proceeds to walk off on me. Coz u know I asked for blue. How dare I!. Long story short. Respect works both ways. I kept my respect even tho I shouldn’t have. My next encounter with a person like this from lush will get salty. Management can deal with my attitude then coz I don’t tolerate BS.

I recently visited Lush Cosmetics, hoping to purchase something for the house. However, my experience was marred by the pushy and inappropriate behavior of the staff. I felt like they were more interested in forcing their own gender politics on me than helping me find the product I was looking for.It's disappointing that the employees at Lush Cosmetics seem more concerned with promoting their personal agendas than providing good customer service. I understand that everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but I don't appreciate having them forced on me while I'm just trying to shop.Overall, I would not recommend shopping at Lush Cosmetics if you're looking for a stress-free shopping experience. The employees seem more interested in pushing their own political beliefs than helping customers find what they're looking for. I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future

Went there yesterday just to accompany a friend getting her bath bombs but I couldn't help myself and got some hand cream which smell absolutely beautiful. The sale person was very friendly explaining to us which product would suit us best. Very happy with them using natural ingredients which suits my skin better.

I highly recommend this store. All the staff there are so lovely and accommodating. As someone who struggles with severe PTSD and social anxiety, I always feel so at ease being in the store. The staff deeply truly care about you and your skin and will make sure you leave with all the products you need.10/10 recommend coming here.The store may be small but the way the store is set out is marvelous. Everything is easy to find and all products are amazing!!
