I had a hot stone massage and a head massage with Angela.The spa is a welcoming space as soon as you walk in. I left feeling relaxed and at ease. Angela did an amazing job working out the knots while maintaining relaxation. It’s was a wonderful end to my Tassie holiday!

As always a fantastic experience at Cinergee. My remedial massage with Viv worked wonders for my tight hip flexors, she is very professional and knowledgeable.

Luckily there was a cancellation and I managed to get the lovely Vivienne to iron out all my kinks.Vivienne also gave me some great advice regarding my body.I came out after an hour feeling like a new woman and ready to tackle all the cataract gorge tracks.As my friend said, I could probably run the tracks!!

Was disappointed in my appointment. Booked in for a “healthy tan” and head to toe treatment. No one called to notify me I couldn’t get both treatments done until arriving at my appointment (some notice would’ve been appreciated so I didn’t spend $11 on parking, for what was meant to be 2 hours turned into 30 minutes). I ended up just going for the “healthy tan” as I wanted a nice glow for my work Christmas event, they don’t use spray tan it’s literally a pump moose self tan that you can buy from the shop and do yourself. (If I knew this in advance I just would’ve got a refund for both services.) I walked out of the appointment patchy, they didn’t coat the tan properly so my arms, hands, elbows etc were incredibly patchy not to mention they put the tan on my face and ears but didn’t put any around my eyes incredibly frustrated that a $65 service has left me looking like this. Very embarrassing and disappointing. The services booked were meant to be my Christmas present and from all the good reviews I thought it would’ve been a lovely pamper day. Instead I’ve left with anxiety, patchy tan and a lot of disappointment. I don’t usually like to complain as I’m one to look at the positives but I am frustrated and embarrassed with the lack of care with my tan and the fact that no one thought to call in advance to notify me of the clash of services. Waste of time and money.

Absolutely loved my experience with Angela. I felt so relaxed afterwards and really appreciated her work. The Indian Head Massage is an Add On must!! I was also nervous about the therapist talking throughout the treatment due to experiences in other spas, but Angela read my ques very well and allowed me to escape for 90min. Thank you so much! I will be back.

Selena gave me the best massage I’ve had, and I’ve had a few. I was running late, and we made a last minute change of plan to the kind of massage I would get. She was professional and able to meet my needs with ease. She offered helpful feedback. Her massage was intuitive and she picked up on exactly what I needed. I will go again soon ☺️

Went for a massage while my son and husband went to watch Nth Melb get beaten by Hawks , in Launcestan. It was fantastic, The girls were great. I was able to walk further, as my back was sooo tight before the massage. Also gave me great advice.

Wasn't greeted with friendliness by girl at the desk, needs training in customer service! Very sour as I was late by no fault of my own, stuck in traffic from an accident on highway, called and said I'd be late! Massage was relaxing but too light to do any good.. sorry but I'll not return.. learn to appreciate your customers!!
