I used to like this small Woolworths. Recently however most checkouts became card only self serve, with a very odd addition of camera's directly on every shoppers face at every checkout with absolutely no declared purpose or disclosure of what this stored data will be used for? Now they have also discouraged all cash transactions by installing automated cash counters (no more staff interactions with cash) at the staffed counter- de personalising all cashier processes. However today said machine was out of order, so now they also refuse cash payments! (I know it happened) Hey Woolworths CASH is still legal tender! While you may prefer to digitise everything for your profiteering and data harvesting - I also do hope you understand I have a choice of where to buy groceries, you are now not first choice out of principle.

Worst Woolworths metro you could ever go to. Nothing is ever in stock, they don’t sell toilet paper only hand towels, they stock mostly vegan foods, no flavoured milk no cheese variety, rude argumentative staff. Do they even try to run a successful business here ? I don’t think so. Go to Centro Iga down the road instead at least they TRY and stock basic necessity and stock items.

Very convenient and easily accessible. There was an easy flow throughout the metro, so no traffic jams. However, customer service was less than average. The quality of the products we purchased were very good. Overall, this metro woolworths was good and we will be visiting again soon.

So happy to finally have a woolies here!! Even though it's small, and have limited items, the convenience of having a non overpriced supermarket is great! The store itself is clean, tidy, and have a lot of the needed items.

Close this place down. It has no selection of anything, every time I go there I am disappointed. The layout is so horrible the aisle feels like you’re walking through a storeroom wide enough for 1 person. If 1 person stops to look at something or wait in the queue they block the entire flow of the store for everyone because it is so crammed.

This is by far the worst grocery store I’ve ever visited. I always leave in a worse mood than I went in… so many things wrong and so many different things that make me hate visiting. I only return because of the convenience as I leave the train station on my way home from work (the only reason they deserve the minimum one star I can give)

Woolworths Metro’s seem to be renowned for peculiar prices and range, with Kirribilli Woolworths Metro no different. They have one or two options for things like toilet paper and pads, but more than twenty types of expensive dips, expensive cakes and macaroons (?). They do have a range of cooled drinks, quite a few ready-made meals like sushi and basic sandwiches, healthy snacks like protein balls, chocolate bars, a range of fruit and vegetables, meats, lollies, chips, ice blocks, ice cream, frozen chips, microwaveable meals, biscuits and a bakery selection.Prices seem to be quite more expensive when compared to a typical Woolworths, and often a lot of the advertised online sales and discounts won’t extend to this Metro store. There’s not too many staff, have never been asked if I wanted a hand or interacted with by the staff. Sometimes people will be stuck with errors at the self serve for a while because there’s no staff around.

Convenient grocery store between Milson's Point train station and home. Small selection of items. Better prices than IGA in some items, but not a lot of choice. Self checkout machines are a little annoying at times.
