I had a facial with Pooja . I also had threading and haircut done with me . She is excellent . She has a healing hand and it calms you down so much . Highly recommend her and she is very patient . Thank you Pooja

I had previously given this place 5 stars but after how they treated my mum today never again! She went into get her hair dyed with henna and they wanted to charge her $40 for something that would cost them less then $10 - fine but then they hadn't mixed it till just when she got there! Hena doesn't work like that, if that's the case may as well not put it on. The place may use to be good but seems the owner just cares about the bottom line, not customer satisfaction and service

Last Friday 19th October 2018, I had an appt for pedicure, hair trim and threading of upper lip and eyebrows. The staff who did the threading was very rough and in a hurry. I had already warned her that I have sensitive skin. When she finished and I checked I found she had bruised my skin and I was bleeding in 4 places i.e. 3 places near my left eyebrow and 1 place near my lips. When I showed her the bleeding she brushed it aside saying it was normal and it happened because of loose skin. This careless attitude really irked me. She was also extremely rough when she did my pedicure, Couple of months ago my daughter had gone to get her eyebrows done and the same staff had damaged her skin under the eyebrows and on her forehead, That time she tried to cover up saying that she had never had any complaints before and this was the first time such a thing had happened. I sincerely wish I had listened to my daughter and avoided this parlour.

Ankita and all other staffs at this place are amazing. They work as per our needs and requirements. My daughter and I are totally satisfied with the quality of services they provide. Love the eye brow threading too.

I have only gotten waxing and threading for eyebrows from them. They do a fantastic job at waxing. They know all the positions to make sure it hurts the least and do it quickly. So efficient. My sister and mother comes with me for eyebrows and top lip and have never complained. Only complaint I could make is that sometimes my eyebrows are too thin but that is my fault as I didn't communicate my wants. Overall they are great for waxing and threading!!!!

Really bad customer service. No importance given to clients. Although I was just 15 mins late which I informed over phone. They made me wait fr 30 minutes in between my service.Services quality was poor. One of the employees left me unattended inbetween waxing procedure without even informing me. Promises made were not kept ...
