Beaumont Tiles Rutherford

We have found all the staff at Beaumont tiles in Rutherford to be kind, helpful and nothing was too much to ask. We had a few months delay with our build so had to keep informing the shop of our updated completion date. Our date was changed 5 times although Beaumont tiles were always happy to reschedule and hold the tiles until we needed them. We were greeted by a really friendly delivery driver who was not in a rush to deliver and run. He took the time to put the tiles in the garage and ensured that the concrete in the garage was not scratched. Would highly recommend this company from our own personal experience. Thank you Beaumont tiles for making this part of our building journey seamless and enjoyable!

We would like to complement you on your staff at your Rutherford showroom. We have just been completing a renovation and decided to use Beaumont Company for our tiles, vanities and other items.We were very happy with the whole process from start to finish. We found the staff extremely helpful, especially Paige who looked after us. The professionalism was tremendous and I found her advise very helpful indeed.Regardless of how many times I had to contact her, her attitude was always very helpful and positive.We found that when she wasn't there the rest of the staff were also very efficient. While the in-store selection seemed smaller compared to some other shops, Beaumont had some of the best, most personalized service I've come across. We were taken care of throughout our entire shopping experience. Our ideas were listened to and added upon. Ultimately, we left with two sample tiles and a much better understanding of what we wanted in a bathroom. Would highly recommend!

Things didn't go smoothly for us. Wrong colour tiles ordered. Not enough tiles. Each stop along the way we felt we needed to call and ask where things were up to leading to our kitchen being well finished before we finally had all our tiles.Dunno - might be just me but their pre sales service felt pretty different to their post sale service and follow-up.

Great service. Kylie and her team went well above our expectations. Would fully recommend them to anyone. Got a great deal on the tile we wanted. Even gave us a sample tile to play around with at home. Great job Kylie and team.

No customer service at all one consultant dealing with a customer while the other one was chatting with people quite openly regarding an employee who she wanted to sack and other inappropriateconversation.20 min later I walked without anyone even acknowledging me. My order would have been small but will never recommend

Great face service terrible at actually delivering. When you enter the store you are greeted by many smiling faces, however when it comes to delivering the goods you have paid for, well the smiling service just drops off the face of the planet. We ordered our entire bathroom 'package' from these guys in May 2020 and yes i understand that its the year of Corona Virus. But I could have had an elephant delivered from India in the time these friendly ladies make you wait. Its the end of August 2020 and we only just received our bath spout, along with our 'special ordered' laundry mixer that has sadly been delivered with a stainless handle, not the porcelain clearly stated on the paperwork. Long story short, don't waste your time or energy here. Hopefully this makes him happy'""

Won't go back there again, don't waste your time (and money) as you'll get much better customer service across the road at Harvey Norman or anywhere else in the Maitland region.I saw on the Beaumont Tiles website the flooring options and colours that our builder had provided. Excited, I went to the Rutherford shop to see if they had these in store so I could have a look.Although we were told they don't have vinyl planking/laminate flooring (which I was a little disappointed but cool with), the assistant just cut us off with any of our enquiries and made no attempt to help or assist us any further.Examples of the basic type of customer service I was expecting was:What colour were you looking for? Let me see if we have something similar to give you an idea"OR"We don't have that here unfortunately

The staff are extremely knowledgable and very friendly in their service. Very easy to deal with and great product range. Happy to refer anyone i know to come and see them
