Pretty disappointing. They keep posting on seek saying they have container unloading positions in the north. My call to come in for an interview was inspiring and pleasant with a promise of lots of container unloading work/warehouse work. I go in for the interview and straight away am told that consistent container unloads are hard to find. Hmmmm...well that's interesting, why post on seek that you have heaps when you don't?Why make me fill out all the sign up paper and then tell me that?It's been 3 weeks and they still haven't called me for even 1 container role whatsoever.If ever you agencies wonder why you have so many people let you down, it's because you advertise a job and then give them something different to what they come in for.So please be straight with people. Be honest. And maybe you will find good workers.In my case you completely lost a good one upfront.If this post is removed ill just repost it. A picture is here to jog the memory of who I am.
