Unbelievable service received today. I unfortunately backed my vehicle into a pole damaging one plastic part on the rear. I called and took it in instantly. To my utter surprise they removed the damaged part and installed the new part completely free of charge. The gentlemen said they were discarding the part anyway. That’s the type of service that well and truly deserves 5 stars. Thanks team! With my driving skill, there is no doubt I’ll be back.

My name is Kevin.I had a small car accident [someone back into my car/tailgate in car park]back in Jan. I called Land Rover, they recommended ECC, I booked in the repair though my insurance company[Allianz] in Feb.Car repaired terrible by Andrew from ECC, then I re-booked in with ECC, they told me I have to waiting after Easter, I waited until May, The car is repaired second time by then though Keil from ECC, and then I noticed the car still did not repaired properly and making noises at the tailgate ....I really do not want leave the negative feedback, but this experience is not good at all.... such a small accident, but took 5months already, and still haven't been fix properly ....see attached, you will see the quality you doneThe car- Land Rover sport is purchased at Land Rover Southport in May 2020 as a brand new,To be honestly, I m considering get rid of this car, It took me so much time to focus on this and I had enough...I look forwards to hear from them and get my car fixed properly, so I can edit my review, so far, I'm really not happy about it,

We were involved in a hit and run just before our upcoming holiday werr we needed our 7 seater. The team at Euro Collision were able to complete the repairs before our trip. Job was dine when they said it would be done and completed when they said it would be completed. Back bumper bar needed to be replaced and spray painted. looks good, I was given a lift to collect a hire car. It was made easy.

Someone ran into my rear bumper. Euro collision centre has done a wonderful job fixing it. Very happy.
