Extremely poor customer service. I was told that I was unable to redeem a BP gift voucher that I have and when I questioned why I could not redeem it the lady behind the counter replied with “are you my manager now”. I’m an extremely rude and load voice. I didn’t get the name of the person behind the counter but it happened today at 6:20pm. I still do not understand why this BP station does not except BP gift vouchers. Very poor customer service

Don't use the tyre air pump and it's malfunctioning. Even after set the pressure to 34, luckily I saw it has reached 42!

I will start saying very poor service. I visited this store a few days back for a refill and to inflate my tyres at 8.30 PM. When I started to inflate tyres, it started to deflate instead and I couldn't move my car.When I checked with store employee she said machine is not working and her manager had instructed not to place a Not Working" sign board.I was shocked to hear that and she said I cant help you in anyway you need to call call road side assistance and get your tyres fixed.I had to call roadside assistance

Very bad service, I’ve paid for my coffee 45mints ago, and I didn’t get it.People, who were behind me they get their coffee, but I didn’t get mine one yet.The employee was a guy, his name is Kanga.I request to the manager or to the owner of the store, to take some seriously action, because you can not take a racist at your shop. This is discrimination!!!!

I experience the worst customer service I ever have from a business the lady Anne behind the counter was so rude I couldn’t believe it. I tried to pay through the app after I had just filled up on but for some reason I had no service so I entered the store to pay by card she then proceeds to tell me off about using my phone whilst I was sitting in my own car. Telling me it was against BP policy to use any phone out on the forecourt so could someone please tell me the reason why you have bought this app out so you can pay for fuel if there were signs in stating that you were not allowed to use a digital phone to pay for fuel I would have not done so but to be abused about this is a joke. She could have kindly Addressed this but chose to abuse me in front of 20+ customers and. This service station is on my way home every day and my fuel bill weekly is around $480 I will not be using this petrol station again

I was on the way home and needed to fill up so called the wifey and asked if she can go online and see what’s cheapest on the way home and This shop was cheapest 2.09c/p L For unleaded 95. I get there i see it on the big sign 2.09 unleaded. I fill up as I go to pay i notice on the screen that it was 223.9L so I asked the lady if e10 was 2.09p/L she said we don’t have e10. I asked so what petrol is for 2.09 she replied 95 so I asked her why am I being charged 223.9 p/L she said she don’t know why and I should have asked her 1st what 95 was before I filled up, she said someone must of changed it before I started my shift she then called someone and spoke i there language. There were customers behind me and I was in a hurry so Jst paid it I got home within 3 mins and asked the wife to check and prices have been updated to 223.9 for unleaded so I got done 14cpl I filled up at this store don’t go there the do fake advertising not even 1star shop

Can someone get rid of the old lady working here. I used to buy coffee every morning on the way to work. I didn’t realise I wasn’t wearing my mask one morning and she could’ve just reminded me but instead she decided to be rude and asked me to leave. What a shame!! Why would someone work in customer service if they can’t be nice to people.

Really poor customer service and an automatic car wash that is out of service most of the time.Please don’t make the mistake of purchasing the $25 for 2 vehicle wash at this servo. The 2nd wash has to be done within 30days which is reasonable. But most likely you will not be able to get this 2nd wash done because the automatic car wash is out of order for most of the time. I have wasted my 2nd service 3 times now and I only live 1.5 km from the servo, so I’m not lying about the wash being out of order.On my third time I complained about this to 2 really helpful ladies working. They were apologetic and mentioned that since the wash was broken that particular day and since my 30 days was about to expire, I can still come back when it is fixed and get the cashier to validate the receipt and wash the vehicle. When I visited after 4 weeks (visited twice in between only to find it was still out of service) and the wash was working, I asked the guy at the counter to validate my receipt. He was very rude and defensive. He said there was no process of validation like I was told and I had to come back during the morning shift when the manager was working. I’m not going to waste my time any more, trying to salvage the $12.50 wash. I’m better off getting used to a different servo and a car wash.
