I have purchased a car scanner code reader knicrlome K8411 from Supercheap auto on 28/03/2023 . I am very happy . The K8411 scanner is able to read ecm error codes as well as error codes in tcm of mercedes sprinter 2009 . I am appreciate the customer service of Suppercheap auto . They promised me to return the money if the scanner unable to read the codes in mercedes . Thanks

I just changed my cars viper the guy did a good job, but the women Stacey on the counter was extremly rude its just because i couldnt speak english very well. Its good place for people with english background only. I suggest practice your english before you go to this place.

I went to purchase new wiper blades for my car from the Dandenong Supercheap store and was served by a young man with a happy demeanour and a smile! Not only was he helpful and knowledgeable, but he went out of his way to make sure that I was happy with my purchase, helped me with other questions and queries as best as he could and tried hard to achieve whatever I needed! Great customer service = a great customer experience!I will definitely be back!

However, my recent encounter left me greatly disappointed.Upon visiting the store around 4.15 pm, I approached the lady at the front desk with a simple request to price match an item from a competitor, in accordance with Supercheap Auto's advertised price beat policy. To my surprise, the lady claimed that she could only match the competitor's price, refusing to acknowledge the existence of the policy I mentioned.Despite my efforts to inform her about Supercheap Auto's price beat policy and kindly ask her to verify it, she continued to dismiss my request, stating that she was unable to check the policy herself. As a result, I left the store feeling utterly let down and frustrated by this blatant disregard for customer service.As someone who has consistently chosen Supercheap Auto as my go-to automotive retailer, this incident has left me questioning the company's commitment to customer satisfaction. I have always valued the outstanding level of service provided by Supercheap Auto's team members, and this particular encounter was a significant departure from the exceptional standards I have come to expect.I strongly believe that consistent and excellent customer service is the backbone of any successful business. It is what sets them apart from their competitors and fosters customer loyalty. Car could not start, took battery there for check, staff was friendly and professional, helped add fluid and recharge the battery, and the battery is back to life after a few hours, very happy, would highly recommend this store.

Great store. Staff are friendly. Supercheap are my 'go to' as they have a great range and their prices are sharp. I am a member of the Supercheap Auto Club, and received a refund last week because a couple of items I bought went on sale after I purchased them! I can't see Repco doing that!!
