Bought an e-voucher for my brother who lives interstate. I quickly found on the BCF website that they can used Australia wide, then I got to choose the animations to go with the card and add a personal message - all so fun to create/choose AND free. I got distracted and left it half finished all day, when I got back to it it hadn't timed out, was all there so I finished it, saw a preview of it all and then got an email MINUTES later telling me my brother had opened it! On a Sunday night no less. Soo cool, soo easy and much cheaper/faster than mailing anything. Kudos to the team that designed the e-voucher page, bloody brilliant.

While holidaying down the South Coast, we stopped by to grab a Tent and a few things. We were struggling to find the right products with so many options. Michael was very helpful, knowledgeable and took the time to find the right product to suit our travel needs. He was great at his job and resulted in us buying two Coleman tents (one for us, and one for a family member). He is a great asset to the Nowra team.

Wont refill your gas bottle if it is raining an more expensive than bbq galore who will fill your gas bottle if its raining

Staff was friendly enough but no help on the floor! Two employees were more interested in googling fish to show each other which of the fish they caught was bigger…and no help taking large items to the car. If you plan on going to this store be prepared to do anything yourself.

Every time I want a catalog special they don’t have in stock they always get the product in for me still at the special price. They’ve even got for me products they don’t even stock in their store. That to me is outstanding customer service. 5 stars
