Shine's personal injury legal team were absolutely fantastic. They were very gentle with me as I was quite traumatised by my injury and they never pushed me at the wrong time. They were so very compassionate and got me everything I needed to move past my injury and get the person responsible to compensate me accordingly.

What these people do should be against the law . My grandma was hit in the rear when she was at traffic lights and she made the mistake of letting these people take the case . There was no court dates no mediation days just this company talking with the other parties CTP insurer , they pushed and pushed her to settle for 30 grand , when it came time to pay out they gave her 7 grand and took the rest 15 grand for them and the rest was “disbursement” which is fancy talk they said for the medical appointments the lawyers sent her to so they could win the case…. Disgusting nan can’t work 5 days now only 3 as she gets to much back pain sitting so working and income has been reduced dramatically and all this “top tier” lawyer could do was get her 30 grand and then took 23 for themselves . Disgusting

I have been dealing with Rebecca Thomas who has been a breath of fresh air the entire way through. Rebecca is very thorough, professional and every time I meet with her I am left with a satisfying confident feeling. Called Maurice Blackburn's generic inquiry number around a matter for them to provide insight into. Received a call back from a paralegal saying that the case had been reviewed and said this case was not something they could help with. When I asked as to why, they could not provide a reason and said that I would not be able to get one. Very strange I think given that they gave me contact details for the Law Society and OHO. Do I contact them or am I going to get the same reply. A bit more information for me would have been very helpful.I then spoke with Shine Lawyers who were very helpful in providing me with more information on how I could proceed and why they had suggested this approach. Definitely endorse Shine Lawyers.
