Excellent customer service from Kevin and Monique who went above and beyond when I went to buy a pillow. They were both very knowledgeable, informative and spent the time to make sure I was making the right choice. I’ll definitely be returning here for my future bedding purchases.

Nice enough place. Seemed to have a good selection. We were looking at chest freezers and I was broadly happy with the selection. I learned that stand-up chest freezers are a thing, so that’s nice.Could’ve used a touch more air conditioning because gosh - hot day.The staff I interacted with were pleasant and didn’t push the hard sell, which I appreciate.Needed a bit more personality. It’s Christmas - would have liked to see a bit more pizzazz

I love looking around in their furniture section as they have a great selection for all budgets. But we went to buy a new rangehood and the salesperson serving us was very knowledgeable and very helpful. We ended up buying a different brand which was a bit cheaper and more powerful because of his expertise. Overall a good experience.

Sold us a $600 display model tv, bag was ripped open with screws missing, they didn’t have any new ones left. We were unaware it was display model and paid full price. They said it was a accident/ mix up. Still annoying as all they could offer was refund.

I've purchased many items from HN over many years, with no issue at all. I recently purchased a fridge from the Everton Park store. At the point of purchase, their supply system was off-line, so stock availability was unclear but was promised a follow-up call. I received said follow up call the following Monday and was told that stock was available and as soon as the item arrived in the store, I'd be notified to arrange delivery. What wasn't disclosed was the timeframe and the fact that other stores in the locality, actually had stock, should I wish to shop elsewhere. I understand that they are a franchise, and knowing people that have worked for HN, it's not that easy to transfer stock from one store to another ... but! Had there been full disclosure upfront, I would have purchased from another store, appreciating the information supplied. I had to call HN the following Friday, to find out where my fridge was. The response was somewhat interesting, as the individual had to call me back. What made it more interesting was the fact that when I informed him that I knew there was stock in other local stores, and asked about internal stock transfer, I got all good

Great range of white goods, household furniture, kitchen and electrical items with all of your computer and peripheral needs covered under one roof.Knowledgeable helpful staff to asist and answer all your questions. They will work you a pretty competitive deal. Home delivery available for bigger appliances. The computer store features a computer service department that can assist with any hardware and or software issues. I have brought many electronic devices from this store and always found them very helpful and price friendly. They will try to match or better the competition on products they stock. After sales service is very good. With any faulty items that are still under warranty. If they can't repair it, they will replace it, and or upgrade it for you. Update: The whole complex received a renovation to the car park area and new a new access road recently. So its much easier now to access this Harvey Norman as well as other stores in this shopping precinct.

The older woman I dealt with in the appliances section may wish to consider if sales is for her. Rude, arrogant and a know-it-all. The best part - she charged me extra for unpacking, but then when the delivery comes - the guys say they weren't invoiced for that, so it was left to me. Amazing.At least I got the satisfaction to turn down your upsell attempt for accessories. To see you turn your back on me and walk away in anger was amusing.(In short - just shop at Appliances Online - far better service, prices and product range).

Josh was really helpful and made replacing my laptop super easy today. He got the RAM doubled (8gb - 16gb) while we were waiting, for an extra $200. The device itself was on sale and he worked out a good price for product protection to cover me for 4 years in total. Highly recommend Harvey Norman Everton Park for technology purchases
