Loren and her team are great. Loren is lovely, she was really quick to respond and managed to fit us in on short notice. The clean was very thorough and a very reasonable price. Loren popped in halfway through just to make sure everything was going ok which I liked. 10/10 would recommend them.

Contacted Lorenza about getting carpets cleaned with a narrow timeframe. She was able to organise very promptly, and communication was excellent, the cleaner was there at the time we were told and the end result was fantastic. Very pleased!
