Bought the matcha crossaint which was nasty. I'm sure the filling was off as it was completely SOUR and not bitter tasting like matcha at all.The matcha cookie I'm sure was also old and off as there was no crunch left and it was very dry and tasted off.Have the normal milk tea which was probably normal and average tasting - would come back for this.And as others have mentioned, customer service sucks but can't expect much from these Chinese bakeries. Overall I'd only come back for the drink but no way am I going to lend $9 on stale bakery goods from here again.

I like the fact that the cake wasn't too sweet, and that their displays were very aesthetic. The packaging is secure and nice too. Note that some of the cake slices displayed in the window are only available to buy as a whole cake if ordered in advance.

First time coming here. Very nice atmosphere, the cakes and buns are very nicely displayed. Very aesthetically pleasing and easy to find everything.I got the tiramisu cake for a friend's birthday, the sponge cake is very soft and the cream is very thick. There were many layers in the cake with different flavours and in terms of taste, it's very much like your typical asian bakery. The price for the cake was 45 dollars (majority of the medium sized cakes there range from 35-45 dollars).There is no indoor seating but the packaging for the cake was very sturdy and they taped it up really well. Also the box was super cute.

Bought 2 egg tarts and something else but got changed 5 tarts. Uncooked and wasn't well mix pastries that yucky.To get my refund back of overcharged me. There was too many excuses to give my money back. I'm not living next door to come back anytime you want. You did mistakes so take your responsibility for it.That'd be last time for me with this shop.

Best croissant my partner and I have ever had. We got the chocolate croissant and they put chocolate mousse filling in it - so delicious!Also got the matcha cookie puff which was a bit of a miss for me, and the Iced matcha latte was good.Great ambience, and overall I'll be coming back for their pastries because they are incredible

Desserts were plain nasty. Would've given no stars if that was an option.The green tea custard puff was horrible, they completely forgot to add sugar and all you can taste is the saltiness of the puff...The chocolate glaze for the mousse cake has too much gelatin, it set into a skin over the cake and has the texture of leather.

First time there and I'd say the atmosphere was good and had variety of breads and cakes. Tried matcha redbean donut and teriyaki chicken bread and they were nice but wish there was more fillings. Overall price wasn't that bad and I found lot of breads that I was familiar with from L'oven, breadtop and 85°C

Nice presentation but I’ve found the buns hit and miss and a bit pricey. Plenty of choices and cakes choices are many and pretty
