Nice range of items however a little on the pricey end compared to other competitors. The price however is backed up by edgier product range. Staff were attentetive and not push.

Took in an item that we'd bought online and unseen. Didn't exactly match what we wanted, staff had it refunded, even though we were a few days over the 30 day limit. A big thanks to the dude who heard us out and understood our issue.

I was going to compliment these store of their service until I found they sold me the wrong globe for the tablet lamp (bought together) and had to do an exchange in the fortitude valley store as globe was flickering. Read the instructions carefully yourself if you purchase globes there

Great store and staff, always friendly and willing to help.After purchasing some LIFX globes my suggestion is do not purchase as the app is a little complex and after setting up several times does not do as required if you have NBN outages for any reason, plus working on only 2.4hz and not 5.0hz is an issue, as well as being quite expensive to boot. This is not a store issue, this is a product issue.

Good store...if you've got detailed questions or want to bounce ideas off the staff, go on a weekday or earlier/later on Sat./Sun.At peak weekend times the several stuff just go, go, go, hence my suggestion.Beacon will likely have that LED version of a decorative bulb that you're looking for; most hardware chains, unfortunately, seem to be offering less choice right at a time when we're seeking more. Not sure why.

Very poor customer service, ordered a light that they said would take 3 to 4 days!! 17days later I had to call the store to find out what's was going on....won't be back, staff didn't care , no apology, pity I had to give rating 1 lower would have better suited...

Very poor customer service from the female staff who was working on Saturday morning. No courtesy and no willingness to help. Asked about outdoor lighting and straightway one word answer with bluntness. Please add some smile and politeness in your service. Not going to shop anymore in the future - One lost customer.
