Excellent team of carpet layers who were very professional, neat and made sure everything was perfect! They even cleaned up after themselves! Highly recommend Choices Maroochydore!

Good attitude but done terrible finish in our place. We order laminate. The colour is really good but each piece laminate on the floor all have the gap, you can almost put a toothpick between them(not just couple pieces.. is 70% in our floor). I was choosing them because they had good team&done really good job in my parents-in law place. (We only had one person to do the work in our place)So I guess its really depend on which contractors they go with.It takes fortune....

I had payed good money for pure wool carpet that obviously has faults, I have never been so disrespected by the Maroochydore team and owner, Constant lies, I would NEVER use this company ever again.

We recently had carpets and vinyl floor planks installed. The carpet installation went very smoothly and we were certainly impressed with the prospective apprentice.The vinyl flooring was laid over old and new concrete and the installer was not satisfied with the levels though not obvious to our untrained eye until he mapped out the dips and bumps with his leveller. He quickly sorted this with some levelling cement and grinding, took an extra day for preparation with the result a beautiful and professional finnish.We really appreciated the expert advice for our choices and the team of installers.

Wouldn't use this company again, they changed install dates and contractors half way through the job without even telling us. Really poor communication. We weren't made to feel like our business was valued or even wanted to be honest. Snarky attitude on the phone every time I rang. Not sure what management is doing but it needs an overhaul!

Quotes ,receipt of delivery were prompt and installation was sooner than estimated.When choosing my bedroom carpet the store staff were very patient informative.and consistent.The installation measure and quote again efficient and effective but the best credit must go to my carpet fitter Wade. Wade was earlier than prompt, despite the stores only mistake of uninforming Wade of some more difficult furniture removal,(my only negative) Wade tackled the job single handed with no complaints or hesitation .His work ethics were non invasive .He was tidy n efficient n despite the fact that I personally had to leave before completion,I returned to not only a beautiful n well laid new carpet, my bedroom furniture all replaced n ready for a good night sleep.aaaand a text message to say that he had completed his task n was leaving the property ..What a top bloke n great customer care/service. Thank u to everyone at Choices Carpet Maroochydore..Very happy with service and result .

All I can say I would not recommend this company for flooring to anyone.Quality off work bad still waiting for door stips and full off promises never kept.Very bad service from management down

We have just been through the in for picking colours, tiles, paint and cabinetry with Eileen. Wanted to give her a shout out for outstanding customer service. We thought that it would be a difficult process but she made it a breeze. She really knows her stuff not only when it comes to the product, assisting with colours but also in a way to work with our differing opinions. Thankyou so much for your help.

Choices Flooring, Buderim, did an outstanding job installing our floating laminate flooring. Pat was a perfectionist; every bevel perfect, every board straight and true. Excellent pre-installation advice. Couldn't be happier.
