Counselling & Therapy | Change by Connection | Do you have a problem with alcohol or drugs? Do you feel you are not coping with how you are feeling about another area of your life? It may be time to reach out. We are a private practice of professional women supporting women struggling with issues such as anxiety (including social anxiety), trauma and grief, drug and alcohol problems, abuse and addictions. We work both online and in-person on the upper north shore and beaches of Sydney.
