Sent multiple pieces of artwork on paper to Melbourne from SA. The attention to detail was fantastic and explanations great. Package arrived in less than 24 hrs at gallery in Melbourne. Can’t praise Mark at Lonsdale highly enough.

I would highly recommend Pack & Send Lonsdale managed by Randall. He did everything I was in need and even much more. I had to send few boxes from Adelaide to Mackay urgently for an expedition and cargo arrived there very safe even earlier than expected. Same did happen to the goods returned after. For sure next time I won't even look for another company. Absolutely happy with the service. I didn't have such level of service for many years. Convenient location, safe and quick delivery, not expensive and great personality. Thank you very much, much appreciated.

Excellent customer care and service from Martin. I had a car bonnet arrive from interstate. The packed bonnet didn’t fit in the back of my car and Martin let me borrow a Stanley knife and once the bonnet was freed from the packaging; it fit in my car. Thank you for your care and assistance Martin. Well done.

Great communication, packing and always happy to help with questions. These guys also sent a 40kg amp of mine interstate and the buyer was very happy with the way Martin & Mark handled the process. In a covid freight world things can sometimes get messed up but if you start with a positive attitude then you are on your way to a good result. Excellent service from Mark at Lonsdale. Most helpful in providing a suitable packing box and giving an initial quote to move the contents of a room to Brisbane.Much cheaper and quicker than using one of the removal companies and everything arrived, intact and in just under a week.A great, faultless experience for us.

I had an Antique Camping Fridge to send interstate. Fragile and delicate and heavy. The packing by P&S was fantastic, double bubble wrap, oversize and padded box. They picked it up and only 4 days delivery SA to NSW. Excellent service. Highly recommended.
