First time I was insulted for no reason, 6 years later I give them another go, for some advice and get sold the most expensive shoe polish that did nothing to hide the lighter colour from were the shoe had been scuffed. Cannot see myself using them ever again.

Efficient service but you'll pay 2x to 3x the price! Was a bit taken a back that I was charged $12 to get a key cut versus $4 at Bunnings. I do like to support local business but just be prepared to pay a big premium here!

I got my shoes straps tightened by a few cms(both ankle and toe straps) and it cost me $55. The service was seamless and the shoes fits well now. Thank you :)

Terrible quality workmanship and a rude owner. He charged me $30 to reheel a pair of shoes (more than double what you’d pay elsewhere) and they didn’t even last 1 day in the office. The heel had come off before lunchtime.When my husband took them back to explain the situation he was appallingly rude and refused to fix his shoddy work.

Resoled and reheeled my leather boots for $75.00. After a couple of wears, the heel completely split on one boot and the other one was starting. The very unhelpful owner said it had nothing to do with the reheeling and would have to special order new heels for both boots...after I had already paid $75.00! Rude and dishonest - the cracking was right above where he had put the new rubber on the end of the heel! Boots now unusable. Don't bother with his shonky repairs, just buy new boots. Expensive lesson learnt.

today, I purchased 1x wapro shoe polish for $22. list price $8.95 and1x Collonil Elegant spray $48, list &18.95. $70 paid for $28.What a mark up.

I am not in the habit of leaving bad reviews, however it needs to be said. If I could I would give zero stars for the shoddy yet overpriced workmanship and bad customer service I have received. I will not be recommending this shop to anyone.

Unprecedented rudeness and outrageous prices. (and although I only I only bought a product from him, others have noted shoddy workmanship).Even if he were the only provider in town this would not be warranted.I am pleased I only bought something from him which, despite his recommendation, turned out to be the wrong product anyway, and didn't try to get anything repaired.For me, definitely one to stay away from.

really good repairs! Have had many shoe's re-soled and engravings on various products and were all very well done. Reasonably cheap.
