Paul and the team at Thomas Bros Mitsubishi made this vehicle purchase a walk in the park. Once we'd committed to the purchase, we were regularly updated on when the vehicle would arrive. Hopeless online booking system for service. Doesn’t book the car in, rang to confirm the day before only to be told that it doesn’t work and 3-4 weeks before they could do it. Girl who answered the phone was friendly.

Not worth the $550 so called cap price service. They couldn't even be bothered to wash the car, unlike other car dealers who have serviced my vehicle. Even left oil down the side of the front guard. Not what I would call a professional outfit. I certainly won't be returning next year.On the other hand, I found their spare parts department very helpful.

My first call to book in wasn’t called back as promised. Ended up booking later for a service. The day before I was told they didn’t have parts for the 60,000km service and if I could rebook. I’m a uni student and didn’t have time to rebook so I said that they can do everything but what they didn’t have without knowing my capped servicing had expired and I had never been quoted or when my car was ready. I didn’t have class so I didn’t mind. However, for just an oil change, fuel filter and brake fluid my service was quite expensive where they should have told me before dropping the car in. The Liverpool store was quite professional and told me after the 45,000 service it isn’t capped. So I called Thomas bro to ask why it was so expensive. The receptionist was very professional and lovely. The manager couldn’t answer the phone appropriately and just went around in circles. I can read and it doesn’t explain that it was $145 per hour. I’m a qualified light vehicle mechanic and I’ve been a manager assistant and I still couldn’t believe the price and the quality of service from the manager was not up to standards. At least have the decency to call back instead of making someone wait for two hours!!!

Just bought a Mitsubishi Outlander from Thomas Bros Mitsubishi in Wagga Wagga. Couldn't find a nicer pair of salesmen than Taylor and Paul. Both are very helpful and knowledgeable. I love my new car and would highly recommend anyone in the market for a new vehicle to go and check them out
