I just have to write about my excellent and most recent experience with Southern Spirit Campervans. From the very get-go I knew that the experience was going to go well as the attention to detail and the customer service provided by Pia the owner was first class. I gave SSC and Pia a very tight schedule for my order of Solar Screen insulation products which under any normal circumstances would have been impossible for any business to complete, but my demands were met and the product is superb. I'm really happy with my Toyota Hiace LWB Camper van conversion. Pia and Oli are so knowledgeable and spent the time helping me understanding the best features and layout for my van so that it was perfect for my needs. Oli and his team did a fantastic job. I love my weekender-escape/work vehicle.

Ordered a rear door flyscreen four days ago, spoke with the lovely Pina and had the screen custom made. Well to my delight the item arrived today at3.40 pm and I fitted it done over and out within 1 hour. No hassles, no dramas, the screen was of the highest quality. Awesome customer service. Thank you to Pina and the staff. Off Thursday for my first adventure in my new Transporter camper van.

Fantastic customer service! I ordered a few parts from the website, the order arrived with one part missing. I sent an email to let them know and within a few minutes received a phone call from Pia apologising for the mistake, and asking whether I would like a refund or for them to ship out another part asap. I'm very impressed! I will certainly be ordering from them again.

Excellent customer service, prompt replies to queries and fast dispatch of the flyscreen I ordered, which was made to measure. Fabulous quality product, it didn't take too long to fit and looks so neat and tidy. I love the fact that you can remove the door in winter too.

Recently purchased a Fiamma Roll out awning for my Toyota Hiace camper van and had it installed by Southern Spirit Campervans. Very much impressed by the workmanship and fitting. Also the owners are very friendly and helpful with the initial decision of correct size and location for fitting. Would recommend this company to any one who is looking for purchasing and fitting of a Van awning. Also aware they sell other items suitable for Vans as well.

I want to thank you for your outstanding service and product. The New Classic Tailgate Tent was not advertised to fit my AIR STREAM AVENUE, but, with very minor modifications, it does. Buying from an overseas outlet caused me some concerns. First, was I going to lose my money with nothing to show for it, and, second, even if the product shipped, how many months would it take to arrive. Both of my concerns were soon put to rest. My emails to Pia were answered promptly and in a kind and friendly manner. I paid for the product on Monday using PayPal and the product was on my doorstep Thursday of the same week in Austin, Texas. That’s what I call outstanding service.
