They advertise that they'll find you a replacement candidate within 2 months, but only if you pay the invoice by the due date. Our invoice came while we were out of the office, with a due date on the same day. As most farmers would not be sitting in front of their computers everyday, this guarantee is more or less just a marketing gimmick. It'd be nice to see this policy changed.
