Need appointments then call into an office and make it really impossible to get through on phone and they never call back but the office visit is really good and lovely people

Recently I made a claim for a few thousand dollars that were transferred for me as lost funds to The Public Trustee . From the initial phone call, to the time the money were released to me, the staff at the Public Trustee were very helpful and professional. Even though I did not have all the necessary documentation, the staff assessed the situation and released the funds to me in a very short period of time. Special thanks go to Garth, Renee and Alan, who very patiently took the time to listen and advise me on all the steps I need to take to make a successful claim. Form the bottom of my heart, thank you guys! Your friendliness and professionalism is second to none.

Horrible people , no customer service I made 3 phone calls 3 different females all rude and arrogant , they interrogated me extremely rude and obviously untrained I was transferred to multiple people sat on hold for over a hour everytime , when I asked them why they don't reply to emails my brother and I sent re. My Fathers passing they rudely told me they don't reply to emails unless have a registry no. I replyed what happened to common courtesy? The lady claimed I was talking out of turn and threatened to hang up , absolute nightmare a bunch of useless Muppets typical of the gold coast

Having Public Trustee prepare my will was a very simple yet educational process. Everything was explained and opened my eyes up to so many possibilities that can be distressing for some families if they don't prepare a will and keep updated as life progresses. Highly recommend to use their service than preparing on your own.

Making my Will with Public Trustee was very easy and quick process from making an appointment to Eleanor calling me (had to be done over phone due to covid-19) to make my Will. She was on time and extremely helpful and friendly. Always checking to ensure I understood everything.Had to go into office to sign my Will and the girls in there were just as friendly and helpful. Thank you to Eleanor and the girls in the Southport office.

What a breeze! This friendly yet super professional team, led by Rick, gently walked me through my will and EPA process, answered every question with patience and knowledge, reassured me, checked that I understood it all and made my next steps clear. Highly recommend. And if you're just doing a will, it's a free service for Queensland residents. Please go see them.

Cannot reach these people by phone or email!! Useless service. We shall be changing our wills to reflect NO Public Trustees to manage when we are deceased.Glad we got to see how unreliable and unprofessional they are.

The staff member who handled our will creation was fantastic, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The process was much simpler than we were expecting and went very smoothly.

The worst experience of my life. My mum chose the public trustee as the executor of her will. Dealing with them just increased the stress and anxiety of her passing. Tried ringing them numerous times, no voice mail, just rings out. Poorly written and confusing correspondence, very expensive fees for a straightforward estate.
