Very poor. I’ve used other mycar locations but my experience with this one was terrible. Should be no stars but Google requires at least one to post the review.Booked online for car to be ready at 2:30pm. Called at 2:55 to be told there had been a delay and car wouldn’t be ready until 3:30 or 4:00. Arrived at 3:45 and car was being test driven finally picked up at 3:55. Probably a minor inconvenience, BUT the car stank of petrol when picked up.Took it home and parked in the garage overnight with doors open, the next day car and garage stank of petrol. I called mycar at Phillip and was told they’d spilt petrol under the back seat (which had to removed to access the fuel filter) not sure if they were already aware of this or if they just connected the dots.I asked what they could do about the smell and was told that if I brought the car back in they would clean it and then I’d have to air it out. I asked when they could do that and was told ..”next Tuesday” - this was on a Thursday.In addition the back seat had been replaced with the seatbelt ends still under the seat. Not a problem as it turned out because I had to take the seat out to clean under it anyway.Totally unacceptable customer service, would never use this mycar again and will probably just revert to Subaru servicing. Sometimes you just get what you pay for.

Great service! I needed my tyre repaired and Mycar Phillip did it in a timely manner considering I was a walk-in late in the afternoon, they were more than happy to help. I highly recommend their service.

Happy client. They quickly sourced brake components for my Renault they didn’t have in stock (literally overnight) and offered a very competitive price for a set of new kumho tyres. Thanks Connor and Co!

Nathaniel and Nick were very professional and friendly. Got me in and out quickly with a tyre patch and the original tyre back in place. Very happy with the service. Would recommend.

I had a booking for 2 tyres and a wheel alignment. Due to unforeseen medical bills I had to postpone the wheel alignment until payday. But Nathaniel provided genuinely kind and above and beyond customer service that allowed me to have the wheel alignment done. By far the best car servicing business in Canberra. I highly recommend Mycar Phillip.

Well, I didn't like that. I was shouted at angrily for no reason in this place.I've been to my car Phillip twice. One for RWC and once for a flat tire. Both times, I was happy with the price and the service. This store is located inside a service station. So it is hard to find a parking spot if the servo is busy. When I went there for RWC it was one of these days, I was about to stop my car in front of the workshop for a second to ask the reception where to leave the car for my appointment, One of the staff members came out shouting at me disrespectfully, Don't park your car in front of my workshop and kept shouting. I have no idea why this happened. Probably

Top service provider. I recently had an experience dealing with this team.being new to the place the team was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place.

Nathaniel and Nick provided great service! They were happy to explain different service packages, and importance/relevance of service parts. Also finished the service on time. On top of that, very polite.Just not giving full stars because it’ll be better if there’s a waiting room!
