Young blond girl was amazing! Great customer service helping me find the case I was after, Even cleaned my phone and placed it in the case for me, She also recommended a nice wallet to stick to the back of the case 10/10 would go there again!!

Great service and reasonable prices. I bought a new screen protector and the young lady fitted it without any bother. Needed a new cover and was promptly ordered for me

Amazing service at this store! They were so flexible and understanding when I had come back realising I'd bought the wrong size case, and helped me fit the new case, screen and camera protectors in store! Cannot recommend more :)

Extremely unprofessional work environment provided by male management in the wodonga store. Screen protector lasted 3 weeks before it bubbled up couldn’t get a refund on it either

The young lady today was awesome. I’m going back. She was very helpful. I’m getting ear plugs from here next pay. Service was exceptional . She’s looking after the older crew. Bless

Disgusted with the unprofessional staff!!!Went in yesterday and purchased a glass protector which I was given 2 different prices on the same product by the 2 staff members which an hour later it began to lift and bubble. Went in today the staff took it for 5 minutes and said it was fixed so I took 3 steps out of the store and the same problem occurred again!!so back in I go showed him again and his way of fixing it was sticky tape over my phone and leave it over night!!but guess what it happened again 5 minutes later so here we go again I went back in asked for a refund or replacement and he said no can't do that !!!!!I will need to send an email with photos and a receipt which I did not receive so people stay away as the customer service is disgraceful.

Go and ask for Naomi! I was greeted as I entered the store while she was serving. Friendly & professional, she worked applying a new screen protector and made conversation. Excellent experience! Thank you!!

Staff member gave wrong item on receipt, when queried in store they said it didn't matter.Staff member applied screen protector on screen, it lifted straight away, I complained and they said it takes time to stick. Went back the next day as the protector was still lifting, he said no refunds, and my phone cover was incompatible with the screen protector. The phone cover was on it when HE applied the screen protector.I requested to go further, he gave me an email address which I have been in contact with and after much back and forth due to the dodgy receipt, are refunding the money.As per Australian consumer law it is this shops obligation to provide a remedy if a product sold by them is unacceptable quality, does not work as advertised, is not acceptable in finish, or is not fit for the purpose which it is commonly used. This overrules any store 'policy' in place. This should have been done immediately, it was not - 1 star.
