Cox's Mechanical Service Centre
I rarely review anything and was so warmed by my experience here that I wanted to go out of my way to leave them a well deserved 5 stars. The staff here give the place a sense of trustworthiness of quality of service, but also warmth and a human touch. It reminds me of a place my Dad would recommend in a small town. They were prompt, friendly, clearly capable and flexible. Also, they gave me a lift home and made the whole thing feel like I was an old family friend. Would recommend to everyone.

Michael and his team always provide first class servicing. They have been looking after my 4x4 since 2015 and even give it back cleaner than they get it. So if you want great service and a free car wash take your vehicle to Cox's

Wonderful service. Timely diagnosis of our problem (overheating). New radiator and fan clutch sourced and fitted in one day allowing us to continue our holiday in TAS. Would give 6 stars if we could.

It's ok. Generally good, staff are relaxed and happy to help. Only complaint is that they lost us from their book? We where waiting for them to get back to us when the new part arrived after they ordered the wrong one. But they hadn't ordered it.
