Quick Body PT
Rob is a great PT (I've lost 3 kilos in 6 weeks) He works me hard and keeps it interesting by changing things up each session. Great studio to work in and he helps keep me motivated. Really appreciate the advice and assistance I get to keep training outside our sessions. Thanks Rob and look forward to more sweating, lunges and Russian twists!!!

Quick Body PT
Have been training with Rob @ Quick Body PT for a couple of years now and must say it has transformed the way I view Personal Training. My previous PT experiences have involved a 21 year old with a clipboard feigning interest in my goals while focusing more on themselves. QuickBody PT is totally different. Rob is completely focused on ensuring you get the most from your sessions by constantly tailoring and modifying the program to best meet your objectives. It is a safe environment to ask questions, obtain feedback and most importantly learn about how to build long term sustainable physical health. I leave every session feeling exhausted yet energised and with a sense of satisfaction that nothing has been left in the tank. I highly recommend Quick Body PT to anyone from beginners through yo advanced trainers looking to improve themselves.

Quick Body PT
Rob has been my PT for around 6.5 years now. When I started with Rob I was weak and was seeing a physio at least every few months for back problems due to my occupation. I have barely had to see a physio since. He is more than just your average personal trainer. He knows people's individual limits, knows when I'm just being whiney or knows when I genuinely want an easy session.When I first started I had never been to gym, nor ever played any sport. When I started with Rob I was doing weights with just the bar and no actual weights on it, I remember struggling and feeling light headed after a few sets. Just as of yesterday I was able to complete a 3x12 of benchpress with 28kg!! I am not scrawny anymore and I feel strong. Rob takes a lot of pride in his newly renovated PT studio and it makes a very nice area to work out in! Best PT ever!

Quick Body PT
Rob has completely changed my view on Personal Training for the better! I approached Rob as I had a frozen shoulder injury and I was finding it difficult to exercise due to this. He advised me to do some one on one PT sessions to address the shoulder. In 3 weeks I had so much more movement in my shoulder and arm I could begin doing his classes. It has worked beyond my expectations. I was doing physio prior to this to regain movement but it I was not making any progress. Rob is very thorough in pinpointing the muscles and group of muscles that need to be worked. He keeps you focus and motivated and most of all he is always there for support between sessions. I highly recommend Rob. He knows his stuff!
