Absolutely the worst dealership i have ever been to in my life, ignorant sales staff, appalling service and when you have a complaint with something you've bought, they won't answer the phone until the warranty has run out and then they want to talk to you and fix the problem with YOUR MONEY! Avoid this dealership at all costs

Chapman's is the best! My husband had been very impressed with the service (particularly the personable and efficient approach of Gavan Westaway) at Chapman's during the process of buying a couple of Kubota tractors.So when it came to a secret birthday treat of his very first ride-on mower, Chapman's was the natural choice. Negotiations with a wife who is not all that tractor-savvy were beautifully conducted, and included transporting the unit to our farm (a round trip of 100km+ ) a month before the birthday to ensure it would fit in the storeroom.By the time delivery day rolled around Gavan was on leave, but his immaculate organisation (including free delivery - another hundred km) ensured that boss Mark Chapman himself arrived with the unit during the small window of opportunity necessary to make sure the surprise was maintained to the very end.Thank you very much to Gavan, Mark and all the lovely guys at Chapman's.
