A Pharmacy will have a Pharmacist and the Pharmacist can certify or witness...but this store at Riverstone is always lie ....no we don't have it unless you remind them of their duties...imagine othes...bad store

I only went there because it's closer to my home but definitely won't go back. Pharmacist is rude and condescending and likes to make you wait for her to put a label on your ventolin which none of the other pharmacies do. She likes to talk down to you as if you must be stupid. Also charge $1 more than Terry White at Schofields for ventolin/ asmol.

If you are someone with stage IV cancer, please do not attend this pharmacy. My father attended this chemist to get a script filled as he was in terrible pain. He was refused. When I called the pharmacist to ask why, she said he could not tell her who his doctor was. This is absolutely not true. Instead, he was told to drive to his usual pharmacy where they would know the script was real. So he was made to drive 30 mins to an incredible busy pharmacy where he waited a further 30 minutes to receive his pain relief medication. Perhaps the pharmacist requires an eye check, as she didn’t believe the bald, physically in pain man with a script from a hospital cancer centre was a cancer patient.

My wonderful trusted chemist. This is where to go for a pharmacist and staff who get to know you, and genuinely care. I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough.

Well it is a difficult one to review.Either you get excellent service from staff or you will be treated like an idiot. Especially middle aged lady who is at cash counter, she is very rude and condescending.But the other girl who works at cash counter is very nice and treats customers with respect.

I went there when my child was having an allergic reaction on a Monday. The lady pharmacist was amazing and so helpful!

Great service. They hold my scripts on file and have them ready for pick up after a phone call. Attentive and caring staff.

I have only used this pharmacy in the area and had great service. Staff are educated and polite. Some know me by name. Easy to reach and park from the main road or from the mini car park at the back.
