Went into Helelnsvale store and asked about make up being done. Very unhelpful lady who refused to do make up at any other time other than 1.30pm. offered earlier then retracted the offer due to personal choice, when I asked her why it was just to cover lunches. I offered to have it done before lunches but she again refused. Very disappointed.

Disgusting service, I was asked to leave because I didn't use the QR code to sign in. My phone was in for repair so I offered to fill in a paper form with all my details, this was not even considered by the shop assistant. I have shopped for my partner & others for years at this shop! I took my $250 & went elsewhere. I will not be back.

The girls here are so lovely and always happy to help with any silly questions I have, without judgment! They’ve taught me a lot about my skin and what to do to help it and I couldn’t be happier! Even brought my little sister to help get her a skin care routine and awesome products for her skin type..she loves her products too! Cleared up her skin so much! Very happy!

Thank you to the 2 lovely ladies who served me yesterday (I'm sorry, I've forgotten their names). They sold me some hemp body butter for my post laser tattoo removal after hearing of my pain the past day or two. It is AMAZING!!! Immediate pain relief. Thank you so much!!! I will coming back to you for all of my body shop needs.

So many beautiful products. Prices are fairly good, gorgeous displays with helpful and knowledgeable staff. Shopping Centre has good parking, not enough undercover though.
