We got Victorian style windows made by Noremac windows. They were by far the cheapest out of other companies we got quotes from. Customer service was excellent, very prompt and friendly.The reason I am giving four stars is because when we open the windows the parts rub against each other causing the paint to rub off. There are also some splits in some areas in which the glue seems to have come apart.Overall, I am happy with the windows as they are functional and look good.

Contacted the company for quote on windows for a period home and sent details of the windows I wanted to replace but was told it was beyond their scope of works, strange though there is a very similar window construction in their gallery. It is on a weatherboard house but the style looks very similar. Why didn't they just tell me they could not be bothered.
