Not only are the products outstanding but the staff are as well. You are greeted like an old friend and made to feel special. Then you get to buy what are the best products available. This is truly the way shopping should be.

I have bought a few items throughout the year. I highly recommend the salesman, Mr. Terry Brown. He was always happy and patient guiding me through every product, making sure that I am 100% happy and more than satisfied. His deep knowledge of the products had helped me through every step of the ownership process. Hopefully, we will have much more business to come in the near future!

I purchased a BEOSOUND2.It worked perfectly well for three years. Then, for some reason the sound became distorted. The product was always well cared for.I was quoted approx 1500$ to have it fixed. Then when a formal quote was requested, the price increased to approx $1700. Nearly all of the components of the product were identified as in need of replacement, speaker, woofer, even the outer case, which was in perfect order.I was disturbed B&O would only guarantee parts and labour for three months. As such, not only was I being asked to pay $1700 to have the product fixed, I was only going to be given a guarantee of three months.I followed up with B&O all the way to HQ. No solution was provided. Disappointing that such a reputable brand wouldn’t stand behind their product. Be careful in purchasing this product, if something goes wrong the result may be a very expensive proposition.I should note the product was not purchased from Chadstone B&O, rather sent there to be repaired. This should have no baring however for such a product.

It was our first time in chadstone and stumbled upon the B&O store! We were ready to purchase an A1 as our first B&O product. The atmosphere couldn't be any colder! Two Asian staff guzzling down their bubble tea at the counter, glanced once at us without any greeting. We helped ourselves to the products for a closer look to only leave 5 mins later without a single acknowledgement.

Terry and Simon were a massive help during a couple of visits here. While they were both very profressional and knowledgeable, they were also super friendly and genuine. Having my customer record on file also made the experience smoother.

Brought a brand new A9 fron B & O Chadstone. just over a week it broke. Took it back my self all the way from carpark.Asked Terry their company return policy he said he do not know and refused to help further.Very unhappy experience, can't belived the quality is so poor and even worth with unprofessional staff.But in the end the manager replaced with a new unit.

Fantastic store, and fantastic staff, always helpful.It's amazing how all of the products work together. You can start something on your television and tap to join" on one of their connected speakers wirelessly.I can even control them all from the Bang&Olufsen app from my MacBook Pro if the other half has run away with the remote control somewhere."

B & O Chadstone, fantastic sales staff(mid day 07/04/21) my father and I are huge music lovers, although we weren’t able to afford the speakers today, after seeing the full capabilities of what they can do, we are both working towards a set of these in our near future. Absolutely amazed and what an experience it was. 10/10

To own a pair of B&O speaker with matching TV has always been my dream. And the dream was realised by Eric and the team from B&O Chadstone. Thanks for your professionalism and enthusiasm. I will enjoy my new home system for the years to come.

Terry was fantastic explaining all the technical details and how B & O is premium acoustic brand. I always thought Bose is the king of speakers and sound bars until I personally discovered the newly opened store in Chaddy. Good stuff. I’ll certainly go back
