(Name is Casey not Amelia)After a shocking experience with a previous hotel, I came here and had a look at the room before booking.Very spacious, 3 beds, sink, microwave, fridge. The man at reception brought me a vacuum as my children got crumbs on the ground, he then arranged fly spray for some mosquitos I let in when I left the door open.

Room was ok didn't really match the pictures on the internet but there you go. Upon arriving home I realised I had forgotten my phone charger so I rang and straight away they denied that I had left behind on the side table after charging my phone and argued until I hung up. Will never return.

The rooms were nice and clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff were friendly if you're looking to stay the night is perfect.

Service fantastic but food not good for vegetarian options. They have vegan options but I still want cheeeeeese. I asked for cheese on top of my vegan lasagne and it came in a side dish. I wanted it melted on top. Expensive too! Parking was also difficult.

Reasonable place but the cleanliness was lacking. I found a foreign hair in the bed and the shower head. The blanket on the bed had what looked like a cigarette burn. There were also a lot of general disrepair, including a hole in the bathroom window screen. So there were spiders in the bathroom. If we hadn't have been desperate, we would have avoided based on past reviews.

No! No! No! Not a good place.Terrible pot holes on the way in. Hard to find enterance too. Owners/employees? had no idea what they were doing. Half broken cheap lock. Stains on towels. Three spiders in the room. Absolutely foul shower. Worst of all they tried to open the door an hour before check out at 9 in the morning. Despite the door being locked.There's budget, and then there's this.

Don't understand why some people would fabricate stories.This is a budget motel, not 5 star luxury hotel, but they do provide decent and reasonable services, the facilities and cleanness has never been an issue to me as a long time frequent guest.

Very dirty place to stay. Stains, breaks, dirt everywhere, etc. They even had a plastic bag stuck to the fire detector which is definitely in breach of some violations.
