My partner and I visited there yesterday sizing up a new bed/mattress etc and boy what a surprise this was. The service and the knowledge shown by the lady, Julie, was exceptional and with a smile, laughing an occasional joke it was a very worthwhile visit. Apparently this Store is headquartered in SA and has Store's nation-wide and is Australian-made; exceptional products, great mattresses, with all the extras, will see you fitted out and sleeping like a baby thereafter, thank you Makin Mattresses, we'll be back!

The sales guy was awesome. He met us to explain the features of the beds and what each bed had compared to another. Then... he just let us be. Left us to try beds out and have a look around before coming back after about 15 minutes to see if we had any questions.Then... when we wanted to talk it over, he left us to talk it over - no pressure at all!Hopefully the bed is as comfortable as the sales guy made us feel.

Paul, in the Perth store, was the ultimate professional to deal with. The process of selecting, purchasing and delivering was so smooth and completed in less than 5 days. The beds were set up on delivery and my parents have had excellent sleep on their new products.

I was looking to purchase a double mattress for my daughter and was wanting an Australian made product which is why I thought I’d see what Makin Mattresses had to offer.Paul was very knowledgeable of the product and did not do the hard sell. The staff at the Victoria Park store are friendly and happy to answer any questions but also leave you to try out the mattresses and see which is most comfortable. They offer a selection of mattresses at varying price points which is good and had the mattress I wanted available in stock and offered me next day delivery which I was very pleased with. Overall, very happy with the service, product and will definitely recommend.

I ha be bought a Bellissimo king bed and sheets . The bed is excellent and still feels like new after the 4 or 5 years we have had it. The sheets are good quality and reasonably priced. Very happy overall.

Salesman Dan was friendly and knowledgeable about their products. No hard sell as the product sells itself. Bought our bed and it was delivered one and a half hours later and our old mattress taken away. The delivery guys were bright and friendly and were in and out within a few minutes. Great service from everyone at Makin Mattresses.
