Went in today Christmas shopping. Immediately was smothered by Sandra at the Clifford Gardens store. Quiet a turn off when your stereo typed an pin pointed as a thief because you couldn’t be bothered dressing up to be in a mad Christmas rush. Have been a member for a long time an regularly purchased from here an other qld stores, Not the first occasion she has done this to me personally. Ended up purchasing two pieces of Guess Luggage that was reduced to $300 although I was going in with intentions of paying full price , I was reluctant to continue with payment because of the treatment I received but the other lady on roster was just so lovely an I couldn’t take my frustrations out on her. Luckily for her cause Sandra is absolutely a turn off.

Thursday 27th January 2022, went into strandbags and found a suitcase with a 40% off price tag on it. Woman who served me refused to honour the sticker price because the sale ended yesterday. Even though the ACCC says they must sell at the sticker price. Hopeless and lazy staff if they can't take off the sale prices by the next afternoon.

Disappointed that this store is closing at Clifford Gardens. ..

Very helpful, happy with my new suitcase

Came into this store Saturday 14th Oct looking to purchase a handbag for my mothers birthday. As I was browsing the rack out the front I turned around to see a saleswoman had come to the front of the store to watch me. Fair enough I thought & proceeded to go into the store as I figured after I went in they'd offer assistance. They didnt & even changed position to watch me. I was basically ignored & made to feel like a criminal. I have been a customer of the grand central store for years & will make the journey over there in future. This store has terrible customer service. They certainly lost a sale that day & many more in the future.
