They have a good bag selection, unfortunately the clothes have been picked clean so you really have to scour to find something, especially if you're size 16+

Chicago Bears basic team apparel shirt retail cost brand new would no more then 15 dollars at Cosco or Tk max here it's 40 for second hand.Non descript rams hoodie price charge is 50 dollars,I know lifeline is a professional business and needs to run a profit but to charge this kind of price for basic second hand clothing is outrageous.

Lifeline Book House is the best. Why pay full price for kids or adults books. Especially if the young ones throw them in the corner. When you're finished just donate them back. True some may be a little worn but generally you can find whatever your looking for. Great for school projects to.

Most items are over priced. Item's could do with some dusting especially the electrical appliance's. Reason for two stars is that we were parked near the exit and the delivery truck kinda blocked our way. We had to maneuvure our car which is a territory so it ain't small so it didn't hit the truck ,the car next to us and the curb which is a fair distance out. We had to drive over the curb sticking out. A man unloading the truck didn't even try to offer his help or say anything but watched us as he unloaded the truck. We thought it was very impractical and rude that they took up that much space considering the minimal car spaces which they call a parking lot. Overall we won't be returning here again.

Attempted to donate a dining table this afternoon. I'm fine with the fact that they couldn't take it but the attitude displayed by the volunteer was extremely rude. When asked if there was anywhere local that might accept the table he brushed me completely. Mate if you don't like volunteering, stay home.

It use to be good. I'd go for the clothes/dvds and cookware mostly. But now I think its management has changed because everything is so expensive. They use to have specials written near entry door like half price on furniture this week or purple ticket clothes $2 this week. Not anymore. Also, some staff are just so rude now when I try to ask a question. It was good while it lasted. Won't be coming back anymore.

Though it was hard for me this morning I donated some carefully cleaned & packaged items. Even though I greeted the man who accepted these items he didn't respond. Instead he was rude and ungrateful, tossing boxes & bags around. I told him that items had been my mum's who had just died this week. He was completely unsympathetic. Disappointing as this is a LIFELINE store & I have always liked shopping here.

They are over priced, I went there for a mattress and base for a bed & they wanted 200+ for each even though they were in bad condition. I went else were & got both in a queen size for $50 as a set. I know it goes to help charity but it shouldn’t cost a arm and a leg when people who can’t afford things go there to try and get things. People DONATE! them to charity for a reason, not so they can become over priced at a shop like this.

This is such a great op shop with an excellent variety of goods. I can't believe that I picked up a vintage Noritake service in pristine condition here for only $60. The quality and range of goods is always great. Although I am sad that the lovely little cottage bookshop was downsized to fit into the big store. I loved that bookshop so much! The staff are also incredibly friendly and helpful, including the awesome guys in the warehouse section!

Love lifeline for such variety of old, nearly new and truly vintage but sad they have closed the iconic bookstore cottage. It was my favourite way to spend a lazy hour on a weekend and leave with a month load of reading. Take a coffee and enjoy a leisurely browse.
