We drove down from the Cape York (We’re from Victoria) after having issues with our battery and suspension and these guys squeezed us in last minute. Connor especially was amazing and found our problem straight away/got the ball rolling in sourcing parts even though we could see they were busy. Couldn’t recommend this lot enough really helped us out in our time of need!

the team at cairns auto electrical are an awesome group of people, the crew truly saved my bacon, had an issue with battery going dead 2 days before a 30hour drive down south, and a couple of appointments to attend to before I left, panning stations set in, rang around all booked out including the team at cairns auto electrical, nevertheless Brett was still willing to check it out the next morning, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, installed it, had my car back at the end of the day. I really can't thank the team enough for their professional, genuine, and honest approach towards their customers, was an absolute pleasure to deal with Brett and his team, Highly recommend these guys.

What a fantastic experience meeting Brett and Sam. They are really nice, genuine, friendly and honest people. We had them install an Enerdrive DC2DC unit in our motorhome and also fix other assorted electrical problems we had. Brett was amazing and his technical knowledge and customer service skills are both first class. He was able to satisfy all our requirements and complete the work in a timeframe which was more than adequate and even the end price was less than we expected. They do everything from mechanical repairs and service on your vehicle, to install a new sound system or an interlock device if you are required to fit that. They do great work in their workshop and even have mobile service vehicles for onsite work. Their ability to complete such a wide range of work and services really sets them apart from the competition and knowing you are getting first class work and the best price as well, just can't be beaten. Get these guys to look after you and you will not be disappointed.

As two female backpackers we’d been to a few different garages for an issue with our air con and spent hundreds of dollars without the issue being fully resolved until coming here. We were only in Cairns for a short period but Sam went above and beyond to find space to get our car looked at and fixed at a fair price, without charging us to have it initially looked at. They also noticed an issue with our battery whilst doing the initial work and we returned a couple of days later to have it replaced. Each person we spoke to was friendly and informative whilst being honest about the issues. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough and will definitely be returning if we have further issues whilst in the area.

Brett and the team were very thorough, walking through the job prior and accommodating my requests whilst being able to offer up a range of solutions. The workmanship was high quality and reasonably priced. I will definitely be back for any future auto electrical work.
