Rude guy threw us out because he had a friend over and we were browsing, was planning to get something for a relative and the guy kept saying that the sizes are big even though I explained that my relative was on the bigger side, he insisted that the person should be here to try it on, was planning to get my boyfriend to try it on to gauge the sizing. But got thrown out soon after, seems like on the reviews, teenagers were not taken seriously, so don’t bother. Shame that they have quality clothes but from the treatment we received, will never shop there ever. Very disappointing.

Absolutely atrocious customer service when returning faulty items.Returning a pair of Italian leather shoes with stitching come loose and the soles peeling off (purchased 5 weeks ago) greeted by an older guy lazing in a chair (well.. He glared at me by way of greeting)Explained the situation and he said he couldn't help - speak with The Boss. Wouldn't tell when the boss would return. Kept barking What!?" at me. Pointed to the pristine condition of the lining inside the quarter and proclaimed "these very old"After a few minutes of him glaring

The clothes here are amazing, and they have a wonderful selections of shoes and buckles you cannot really find anywhere else in Perth.Unfortunately the few times I have come here I have been met with some pretty underwhelming service. The first time I had ever gone in the older man working had given me a foul look and asked why was I in, and told me this isn’t my kind of shop. I took it as I was a teenager at the time he’s probably had some bad run it with teens, being a store in Northbridge. I left, being disappointed but thought I understood. Fast forward a few year the next time I came in, wasn’t greeted, even after I said hello. I was ignored the whole time I was in till I came to the counter to pay for my purchase. While it was wonderful quality, and I have it still to this day, I was made uncomfortable by the customer service.My last visit in I went in to hopefully purchase some shoes. I asked weather or not a certain pair came in a smaller size. He didn’t respond so I assumed maybe he didn’t hear. I came a little closer and asked could he help me with the shoes. He seem annoyed I interrupted his newspaper reading. After a few questions about the shoes and finding he didn’t have my size, I thanked him for his time and went to go. He swore at me for ‘wasting his time’It’s very disappointing way for a store owner/operator to act. So while they clothing and items are worth the money, I no longer wish to give my money to someone who can’t treat his customers with bare minimum respect.

Nice retro clothes, but ruined by the cantankerous old Italian bloke that seems to hate people being in the shop and browsing, shouts at you or throws you out of the otherwise empty shop.Used to have a nice middle aged guy in there that’d have a chat, remember you (even if you’ve not been in for a year) and I’ve bought something in there each year when in Perth - and was always a nice shop to visit, but no more.After a friend had a similar argument last year, who also used to be a regular visitor I won’t be bothering again, clearly a change of direction in the place - and plenty of other options in Northbridge now in shops that are happy to see you!

Went in there to a have a nosey due to being reeled in by the groovy display of clothes in the window and was repeatedly asked by the owner, (glasses, black hair, late 50's)Are you gonna buy something? Are you gonna buy something? If you're not gonna buy something

If you look like a teenager don’t bother entering this store. There are some good quality clothes here but the older guy working there didn’t even give me a chance to look around and made me feel so uncomfortable as if I was being profiled. They have a no photos policy at this store but it seems like they have a no phones policy just as well. I was rudely told to leave just for holding my phone in my hand. Very disappointed with the customer service. Might visit again once I look a bit older.

Very rude guy with glasses Caucasian man around late 50s with dark brown or black hair.Saw a nice shoes and i felt he was being invasive towards me as he kept blocking my way at the front entrance.Had a normal chat with him about the amazing shoes and clothes that they have.He goes aww no those shoes wouldn't be right for me.They are from the UK.How can he talk to a customer like that.Plus the clothes were over priced.Id rather go to a bargain store and get the same quality clothes for half price.I believe this shop only caters to Caucasian older menI don't like the discrimination and won't tolerate it
