Sephora @ Bondi

The worst Sephora I have ever been into. The stuff are not helpful,I have bought many things cost me more than 300$ and they refuse to give me a sample of a cream that I asked for. And when I asked for another Sample for a different cream she gave me a tiny bit that I can’t even use it for one time, the best Sephora team is in parramatta and Macquarie they are very lovely and helpful team, but Bondi junction team your manager should review you guys and teach you how to do customer service

Went a few days ago to get a refund on an online item that wasn’t my correct order and the manager didn’t even help me and was condescending. She refused to help my situation and said they don’t do customer service which makes zero sense. I went to the Pitt st Sephora and they actually did their job and helped me and were extremely friendly. Work on your customer service.

The lady who served me had a really bad breath.. was very hard to talk to her, I think she was the manager. And wasn't pleasant, no smile, very cold. The light in the store is so bad, you can't see anything in the mirrors. I went to Mecca straight away after and it was soo much better. Don't recommend at all to go in Sephora Bondi Junction, very bad vibe.

Such a fun experience.Kiarna S was my makeup artist and it was beautiful, lasted all night. She was so friendly, professional and fun. Katie Y was also amazing. She helped my friend and I out with product recommendations and was a joy to be around. 10/10 - definitely coming back!

Me & my partner went into Sephora this weekend to find some new Moisturizer and we were served by Katie, the skin specialist who looked after us so well. She did a scan of our skin and reccomended new products, she taught us so much! She was absolutely amazing & so friendly. Would recommend her to anyone looking for new skin products!! Xx

I visited Sephora at Bondi Junction, one staff was very friendly, lovely and helpful. It’s a shame I didn’t get her name. But this other lady at the cashier, Katie Y’s attitude was rude and unprofessional. I had a mask on because of my underlying health condition. I said I have membership and asked if she could look me up with either phone number or email. She then said to me in a very unpleasant manner that I will need to spell it out for her and take my mask off. I was disappointed and offended at her tone and attitude. She could have communicated she didn’t register what I said nicely and I would have been more than happy to repeat what I said for her in a louder and slower voice. There’s always different ways to communicate with your customers Katie Y and your service was a disappointment.

Katie was extremely helpful with my skin concerns. I had a free skin check, and she helped me find the perfect products for my skin type.

All assistants are so lovely. They helped every time I asked then for something. Manager is also super understanding and even recommends products that she thinks you’ll like if something is not available in this store. Refunds of all types are also processed with ease if you have issues with the products.

I went in to Spehora looking for some advise and products for my skin. I was so lucky to be advised by Katie on products and care for my skin. She did a scan on my skin which really helps me in clarifying what care I need. Would recommend anyone to go get a skin scan from her!
