This place is by far the worst fish and chip in Townsville. They had disgusting service and apparently don’t know how to out an order together. They were missing over half the order and when we called they were borderline abusive. They told me that they included everything. I have never had such terrible service. They are well over priced and the food was cold. Don’t go there unless you want to waste your time and money.

Spent $84 on this, they missed half the order and then told us we were wrong after we went back. So rude and the food was cold. Will never go back.

Always great fish & chips. Although Good Friday yesterday & long wait to get the food due to the amount of orders, the staff were amazing & friendly although being flat out. Well done to them all & hope they have a fantastic Easter.

Wow.... what a complete disappointment and not a nice place to go. Asked for a little extra crispy on some items and my whole order was over cooked. Fish was as hard as a rock, chips were over cooked, and all itmes were extra oily (Paper was wet due to the absorption of grease and oil). We also asked for extra chicken salt and got zero.The young lady who served me was all class (Not) and there is nothing that highlights the ambiance of a humble local store like the collage of pictures on the wall depicting drunk staff and friends. I especially like the one giving the middle finger to all the passing customers.The same staff member even used her bare hands to move food off the cooling rack above the fryers to wrap an order. Mmmm, love that cross contamination taste.Keep up the good work guys and never fear as we won't be back. I will never understand some local businesses in Townsville. Why just because your a small local business must your standards be this low.

Food is only good when the owner is working. When she is not there, my order is always wrong when I get home and my meat on my burgers are always rare, even after asking for it to be well done. This is the third time in a row that I've had this issue, and I'm not impressed at all.

The staff here need to go out to bushland beach and have fish and chips how it should be done. Your batter is terrible, oily crumbling yuck. Won't be back for fish and chips.
